2. Authorization to approve the minutes from the regular meeting on September 16, 2026.
3. Authorization to receive the County Clerk's Quarterly Report ending September 31, 2026.
4. Authorization to approve an agreement with OHM for professional services regarding Deed Room Renovation.
5. Authorization to approve a Resolution approving projects recommended by District 5 maintenance staff of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for the 2026-2027 Rural Secondary Program.
6. Authorization to approve used equipment as surplus and sale on GovDeals.
7. Authorization to approve a Resolution declaring Frankin County Fire Department Engine 8 surplus county property and authorizing its sale by electronic auction.
8. VIII. Authorization to approve used equipment as surplus to scrap.
9. Authorization to utilize additional $50,000 available funds dedicated to the development of Buena Vista Park to cover signage, trash cans, benches, and other amenities for park users.
10. Second reading and approval of an ordinance amending the Table of Special Ordinances, Section 1 Zoning Map Changes of the Franklin County Code of Ordinances for 30.963 Acres of Property located at 525 South Scruggs Lane, AKA PVA Map #094-00-00-033.07 and #094-00-00-033.08 from Single-Family Rural Residential (RR) to Agricultural Zoning District (AG).
11. Authorization to accept a $2,500 Spay/Neuter Grant from the Kentucky Department of Agriculture, Animal Control Advisory Board.
12. Authorization to accept a Byrne State Crisis Intervention Program grant in partnership with the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office and Franklin County Schools in the amount of $81,650 to purchase one (1) portable Evolv Express Gen 2 Single Lane Concealed Weapon Detection System.
13. Second reading and approval of amending The Personnel Administration Section of Chapter 30: Administrative Code of The Franklin County Code of Ordinances to remove and add language under subsections §30.035 THRU §30.103.
14. Authorization to approve the board appointments for Code Enforcement Board.
15. Authorization to approve the Resolution to establish a Joint City/County 911 Emergency Communication Service to serve residents of the Frankfort and Franklin County community area and to establish a joint board.
16. Authorization to approve the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement to provide for construction and operation of the Forks of Elkhorn Sewer Collection System Project between City of Frankfort and Franklin County Fiscal Court.
17. Authorization to receive Treasurer’s Report.

Authorization to go into closed session, per KRS 61.810 (1), (b), (c); Deliberations on the future acquisition or sale of real property by a public agency, but only when publicity would be likely to affect the value of a specific piece of property to be acquired for public use or sold by a public agency; discussions of proposed or pending litigation against or on behalf of the public agency.
